Comida

our story

Comida offers simple, small plate dining at it’s best. We feature slow-cooked Mexican Soul Food (Mexican Street Food with just a hint of the American South), incredible handmade desserts and refreshing beverages, using the freshest ingredients and artisanal preparation, all served with care in an environment that is visually rich but unpretentious - a feast for the senses on all levels.

Since it's inception in 2010, Rayme Rossello's Mexican Soul Food concept called Comida has been rooted in goodness and heritage. Once the stationary location opened at The Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, that goodness and merit found while helping people celebrate along the front range has been available to any that walk through our doors. Comida at The Stanley Marketplace in Aurora offers our friends and fans the same delicious food they have loved since our beginning. We've kept our menu small - diverse - serving tacos, tostadas, quesadillas and a daily assortment of rotating goodness made from scratch using the freshest ingredients.

Comida is operated by an incredible group of people who love what they do and infuse their passion for food and drink into every bite and sip.

When not making tacos Sandra can be found hiking and hanging out with her pup Nala.
