Comida offers simple, small plate dining at itʼs best. We feature slow-cooked Mexican Soul Food (Mexican Street Food with just a hint of the American South), incredible handmade desserts and refreshing beverages, using the freshest ingredients and artisanal preparation, all served with care in an environment that is visually rich but unpretentious – a feast for the senses on all levels.
Comida was created by Rayme Rossello in 2010 and is operated by an incredible group of people who love what they do and infuse their passion for food and drink into every bite and sip.
The Comida Food Truck travels through neighborhoods and office parks along Colorado’s Front Range feeding people simple Mexican Soul Food and making friends along the way. The Cantina offers our friends and fans the same delicious food they learned to love with the truck in a sit-down taco joint. We’ve kept our menu small – but diverse – serving tacos, tostadas, quesadillas and a daily assortment of rotating goodness made from scratch using the freshest of local ingredients.
